Green Cleansing Smoothie

I go through phases where I have green smoothies for breakfast, its all about understanding what you body needs. Right now I am loving starting my day with this. Is loaded with amazing nutrients and leaves me feeling amazing. I also always make sure I have it with some protein also, usually its a boiled egg or two as I don’t do so well on protein powders. The cinnamon is fantastic for helping to stabilise blood sugar levels and reduce cravings and I have also been trying out this new green powder, so that goes in there to.


  • 4-5 large kale leaves
  • 1 green apples
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • Juice from a lemon
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon

  1. Place it all into a blender and blitz up until smooth.
