There is a lot of information bouncing around the internet about how women should train. A lot of that is really cool and effective but there is a lot of nonsense out there as well. The truth of the matter is that women need to train differently than men and they also need proper holistic bio-mechanical assessments and exercises given accordingly to prevent injury and pain. In some situations get rid of pain.

Strength training for women over 40 will have a fantastic effect on improving the body and along with the right nutrition will bring fabulous improvements. Don’t worry about bulking up. That only happens to the women who take certain supplements such as those steroid based.
